If you like you may send cash by snail-mail (enclosed in a folded sheet so that nobody can see it). ¹ You'll find this name in the upper left corner of the Palm™ Desktop application. If there are more than one, choose the right one. It will show in the HotSync® dialog when you HotSync your Palm device. With Palm OS® version 3.1 or higher, you'll find this name in the HotSync application in the upper right corner, too.

² I am awfully sorry, but I can charge credit cards only in German currency (Deutsche Mark) This might lead to a small deviation from the price shown above (e.g. 20 DM at 2.01 DM per US$ will lead to $9.94 being charged). Changing exchange rates may slightly change the amount between the time I charge the credit card company and the time that company charges you.
